The TWS 2000 thermal weapon sight was a combat thermal scope with a compact yet rugged design. We no longer carry these scopes, they have been replaced with newer models like the L3 LWTS, T14x, X25 and various modern thermal scope models.

Weighing only three pounds, the TWS2000 thermal weapon sight is one of the lightest thermal sights available to today's warfighter. The thermal sight is based on the combat-proven technology that drives SPI's successfully fielded line of thermal imaging products. The TWS2000 has completed the U.S. Army's initial operational test and evaluation.
The compact design and light weight of the TWS2000 thermal weapon sight make it ideal for use as both a hand-held thermal imager and a rifle-mounted sight. Because it emits neither light nor RF energy, its use cannot be detected. It can be used round-the-clock, since ambient light is not required for its operation. The thermal scope features a 2x digital electronic zoom, a liquid crystal display (LCD) and an eyecup-activated stand-by mode for power conservation. The system is powered by AA batteries. Hybrid Focal Plane Array technology coupled with coated milspec Germanium optics, hardened & rugged housing & supreme accuracy make the TWS2000 the premier thermal weapon sight available.
